In short you are responsible for your own travels and housing rearrangements during the courses and you will have to arrange your travels and accommodations yourself:
- Travel, accommodation and meals during two courses. Some meals might be included.
- Travels to the annual meeting (accommodation and meals is paid by the research school)
To cover cost your university can request 15000:- per year for housing/travels to courses by sending this invoice http://www.medbioinfo.se/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/Faktura-1.docx to stockholm University.
For the hotels in Stockholm the Swedish State has an agreement with the following hotels close by (and most likely you are obliged to use these – check with your administration. See this post:
